About Jennifer
Hi, I'm Jennifer, and I believe in the power of the mind.
With over 25 years of experience in engineering, I’ve always appreciated the incredible power and intelligence of the mind. However, it wasn’t until I discovered hypnotherapy that I truly began to understand the profound influence the mind—especially the subconscious—can have on our lives. My own search for personal growth and emotional healing led me to this transformative practice, where I learned how our beliefs, emotions, and the subconscious shape not only our behaviors but our potential for deep, lasting change.
As a highly sensitive empath, I’ve always been deeply attuned to the emotions and energies around me. With a heart that naturally leans toward compassion and a strong desire to be of service, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others on their personal journeys of growth and transformation—whether it's helping someone rediscover their inner strength, find clarity, or simply feel heard and understood. It’s a deep honor for me to be part of these moments, and I’m here to support those who are ready and willing to make positive changes in their lives. Together, we can create meaningful, lasting transformation.
I am a Certified Hypnotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist with over 500 hours of training from the Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy and a proud member of the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists.

About Hypnotherapy
In hypnotherapy, we leverage the subconscious mind, where our beliefs and emotions reside. By tapping into our deep inner mind, we can bring to the surface the root of the issue so that it can be healed and transformed. This is a process that, with patience and persistence, leads to powerful change and deep transformation.

What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of mind where communication and responsiveness with the subconscious mind are present. Usually marked by theta brain waves, hypnosis is state of focused attention where our subconscious is more open to suggestions. This is because, while the conscious mind is still present, the critical factor is bypassed during hypnosis.
